Since 2017, STL Rhythm Collaborative has been redefining what audiences expect from live performance in St. Louis. Home to the area’s only professional tap dance company, moSTLy TAP, STLRC brings together virtuosic tap dance and live music (moSTLy JAZZ) to create energetic, interactive productions that are equal parts concert, dance performance, and shared community experience.
Known for its fresh and joyful approach to performance, STL Rhythm Collaborative creates work that inspires, uplifts, and invites audiences of all ages into the rhythm. Every production is designed to feel alive and accessible — whether audiences are discovering tap dance for the first time or lifelong music lovers are hearing familiar songs in a completely new way.
Over the years, the ensembles have premiered a wide variety of themed productions celebrating genres including Jazz, Latin, Rock, R&B, and Blues, while continuously pushing the boundaries of what tap dance can be. Their most sought-after annual production, moSTLy Holidays, has become a beloved St. Louis tradition, blending high-energy performance, live music, and festive fun into an unforgettable experience.

This fresh collection reimagines familiar songs from different eras and musical styles, bringing new energy, rhythm, and personality to each “cover.” Expect toe-tapping favorites, unexpected twists, and the dynamic connection between dancers and musicians that makes every performance unique. Whether you joined us for Volume I or are discovering Cover Stories for the first time, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.
